Why we need you
We’re kicking off an exciting project to bring OSS Ventures branding to the next level, and are looking for talented freelancers across multiple roles - available as soon as possible in November 2025.
Freelance website builder (experience with Webflow/ similar tools) - Remote or Paris based
Freelance UI designer (visual and motion design) - Remote or Paris based
Freelance photographer - Paris based (1-2 days in the first half of November)
Freelance videographer - Paris based (1-2 days in the first half of November)
What we’re looking for: You should have worked in the respective fields for at least a few years, with a solid portfolio to help us have a sense of your taste and skillsets.
Aiming for a soft launch by the end of November 2025, we plan to complete all photo shoots and filming by 14 November at the latest. The website design and build process will be completed by the end of November.
You’ll be working closely with Tanzo Nguyen, our VP of Branding and Marketing who’s passionate about design and storytelling, and always has soft spot for artists – as well various other talented colleges at OSS.
We love developing long-term partnerships, and look forward to working with you on multiple exciting projects in the future beyond this first one.
High-level process
Step 1: Applying directly via LinkedIn today sharing your CV, with a link to your portfolio and your estimated daily rate - asap by Friday, 31 Oct latest.
Step 2: Having an intro call with our VP – discussing project timing, scope and fee - asap in first week of November 1.
Step 3: Project kickoff - between 2nd week to 4th week of November. Go live (first phase): 1 December, 2025.
As we’re looking to kick off the project soon, the earlier you send in your application the better. We’ll do the interviews on a rolling basis – first come, first serve.
