🎯 Your mission
As an Operations Associate, you will work directly with our Lead Ops to support the full customer journey — from pre-sales demo to post-sale onboarding. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Delivery, playing a key role in proving value and accelerating impact for every client.
🛠 What you’ll do
1. Configure high-impact demos
Understand client challenges through Sales feedback and meetings
Analyze client datasets to pre-configure Relief with relevant use cases
Design and build convincing demo environments that show value instantly
Collaborate with Sales & Ops to refine demo strategy and increase win rate
2. Support client onboarding & success
Help configure client environments during onboarding phases
Participate in training sessions, and collect client feedback
Monitor usage and ensure early adoption
Contribute to value tracking & client satisfaction
3. Help scale our Ops model
Co-build internal playbooks to industrialize deployment
Standardize demo and onboarding templates
Contribute to regular client communication and reporting templates

Final-year student from a top engineering, business or dual-degree school
Analytical and structured mindset — you love solving puzzles with data

Resourceful and autonomous — you love figuring things out
Fluent in French and English
