What you will do
You will play a key role in the design, industrialization, and evolution of our AI models, which are directly used by industrial clients.
In a nutshell
Design, deploy, and secure predictive and optimization models that power real-time industrial production.
Broadly speaking
Develop and industrialize robust predictive models (lead-time forecasts, real-time adjustments).
Design and improve optimization algorithms for complex scheduling.
Define and maintain a full data pipeline (collection, processing, enrichment, storage).
Translate business needs into concrete, deployable data solutions.
Implement best practices (testing, monitoring, CI/CD datContribute to Oplit’s data vision and propose new methodologies and technologies.
On a day to day basis
You’ll work closely with the CTO and product/tech teams, while also interacting directly with our industrial clients.

1 Optimization Engineer, 1 Product & 1 Dev
Industrial clients (Teknor, Cartier, Saint-Gobain, etc.).

Mandatory required skills
4+ years of experience in data science, including ≥2 years in deploying large-scale production models.
Strong skills in Reinforcement Learning
Strong skills in Python
Experience with cloud environments (GCP preferred) and model deployment in production.

In-depth knowledge of industrial and supply chain environments.
