🎯 Your mission

We’re looking for an SDR, who will be at the forefront of our growth. Your mission? To build the very foundation of our sales pipeline by identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-potential leads. You'll be the crucial first point of contact for SME CEOs, initiating conversations that directly lead to new sales opportunities and help us scale a category-defining product.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  1. Generate and qualify leads

    • Conduct around 200 cold calls per week to engage CEOs and decision-makers in a relevant and impactful way.

    • Qualify prospects and schedule high-value discovery calls (R1) for the sales team.

  2. Optimize pipeline and strategy

    • Maintain and enrich our CRM with accurate, up-to-date information.

    • Identify market signals and provide feedback on our ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

    • Refine and iterate on our pitch to optimize conversion rates.

🔍 What we are looking for

Must-have

  • 1 year experience in cold calling in a B2B context (SaaS experience is a plus but not mandatory).

  • Ability to confidently engage SME CEOs.

  • Strong determination and resilience – you understand rejection is part of the game and thrive on challenges.

  • Autonomy – you can manage the entire prospecting cycle, from research to first meeting.

  • You speak French and English fluently.

What will set you apart:

  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Understanding of sales methodologies (SPIN, Challenger, etc.).

  • Interest in becoming an Account Executive (AE) within 12 months.
