🚀 OSS Ventures is looking for a Marketing Intern

As our Marketing Intern, you'll play a vital role in building and strengthening OSS Ventures' digital presence across multiple platforms while supporting our portfolio startups. This hybrid role combines content creation, design, and campaign execution to directly impact our brand visibility, lead generation, and community engagement. Reporting directly to our Marketing Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience in startup marketing while contributing to the transformation of the industrial sector.

🧠 What You’ll Work On

Content Creation and Management

• Develop compelling content to grow and engage our industrial community through content creation

• Keep our website and blog updated and optimized using Webflow, implementing SEO best practices

• Create insightful content highlighting founder success stories, program insights, and alumni achievements

• Assist in developing high-value marketing assets including ebooks, white papers, guides, and landing pages

Design and Multimedia

• Design visually appealing content using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

• Manage video editing, motion design, and asset creation for various marketing channels

• Produce high-quality visual content (videos, infographics) to enhance event visibility and support talent acquisition

• Marketing Operations and Campaigns

  • Support the execution of multi-channel growth campaigns for lead generation

  • Analyze audience behavior and market trends to help refine messaging and positioning

  • Assist in tracking and reporting marketing campaign performance metrics

  • Help develop scalable marketing and lead acquisition systems using no-code tools

  Startup Support

  • Assist portfolio startup founders with marketing needs including web presence, assets, templates, and content creation

  • Contribute to cross-selling initiatives between our community of startups

About you

📚 You Are

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or related field

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French

• Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, and basic video editing software

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred

• Previous experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing

• Knowledge of Webflow, Notion, Airtable, or other no-code tools

• Interest in industrial technology, startups, or B2B marketing

• Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges

• Experience with analytics tools to measure content performance
