2. Why we need you
What you will do
Build and run the full recruitment engine for MyC across tech, product, sales, and operations. Own the hiring plan end-to-end. Challenge management on hiring decisions. Install processes, structure, and discipline.
In a nutshell
You are the first internal recruiter. You set the bar, the methods, and the velocity. We know that our post-Series A success relies entirely on the people we hire next. You will lead our recruitment efforts from the ground up, building the scalable talent engine that will power MyC’s growth.
Broadly speaking
You cover sourcing, pipeline management, interview structure, scorecards, founder calibration, closing, and onboarding alignment.
On a day-to-day basis
Draft scorecards. Run sourcing sprints. Push back when profiles lack rigor. Drive founder alignment. Eliminate bottlenecks. Maintain delivery velocity for all critical roles.
What’s next in your career path?
Head of Talent within 12 months if hiring engine, founder influence, and delivery quality are consistently demonstrated.
Your profile to make this a success
Mandatory required skills
7–10 years in recruitment
Minimum 5 years hiring tech and sales roles in B2B SaaS
Experience in startup / scale-up hiring at pace
Proven ability to challenge management and hiring managers
Full autonomy on sourcing, process design, and closing

Understanding of healthtech complexity, enterprise clients, regulated environments.

Final Team Interview – 45 min: Collaboration with Product and Tech.
