We are building a fast-growing startup backed by OSS Ventures. Our mission: solve complex problems by combining technology, scalability, and impact.
You’ll report directly to the cofounders and work closely with product, data, and operations.

What you will do

  • Be both hands-on (coding, architecture) and managerial (leading and coaching developers)

  • Own the technical vision of the product

  • Build, structure, and grow the engineering team

  • Ensure robustness, scalability, and code quality

  • Translate business needs into technical solutions with the product team

  • Implement best practices (CI/CD, testing, monitoring, code reviews)

  • Anticipate critical issues (scalability, performance, security)

  • Collaborate cross-functionally (product, data, ops) for alignment and delivery

In a nutshell
You’ll be the technical backbone of the startup: bridging product vision with engineering execution, guiding the team toward healthy architecture, and scaling the product from prototype to maturity.

Your profile to make this a success

1. Mandatory skills

  • 5–7 years experience in software development / engineering

  • 3+ years in a lead / tech lead role with management responsibilities

  • Strong command of modern stack (Node.js / Python / TypeScript / React / APIs / microservices)

  • Experience with scalable architectures, APIs, databases, distributed systems

  • Solid practices: testing, CI/CD, monitoring, security

  • Ability to balance startup speed with technical rigor

2. Nice to have (can be learned on the job)

  • Knowledge of supply chain / logistics / optimization contexts

  • Topics around sustainability and impact

  • Sector-specific internal tools
