Mission
As Founding Operations Manager, you will play a strategic role at the intersection of Customer Success, Project Management, and Product Delivery.
You are not just joining a startup — you’re joining as a key builder of the company’s operational foundation. You will structure our delivery engine, lead high-stakes deployments, and become a trusted partner for our industrial customers.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to own operations end-to-end, shape internal playbooks, and eventually grow into Head of Ops or even COO.
Juno is in its early stages, which means you’ll wear multiple hats across Operations, Pre-Sales, and Product when needed. Flexibility, problem-solving instincts, and a hands-on attitude are key to succeeding and growing with us.
Responsibilities
Sales to Ops Handover: You collaborate closely with Sales and may occasionally support pre-sales activities to ensure a seamless client experience.
Feature Needs & Scoping: You capture evolving client needs, scope new features alongside Product, and are not afraid to step into the Product team when necessary.
Issue Management: When users face bugs or issues, you are responsible for communicating with QA to ensure a quick resolution.
Understand the client's production context and adapt your language to their specific needs.
Analyze customer data (often with the help of LLMs) to identify key patterns and recommend production optimizations.
Train users and demonstrate how to get the most relevant results using our solution.
Manage projects from data analysis to C-level discussions.
Ensure deployments are well-organized and completed as quickly as possible.
Support transversal initiatives across Operations, Sales, or Product depending on the company priorities.
