Why we need you

  • Founding Engineer / Lead Developer → You’ll own the first lines of code, design the MVP architecture, and set the foundations for a scalable product side by side with the CTO.

  • Operations Manager / Deployment Strategist → You’ll structure the first processes, handle client onboarding, and ensure the startup delivers on its promises while scaling operations.

  • Sales Development Representative (SDR) → You’ll open doors with the first clients, qualify leads, and set the tone for how we create opportunities in a new market.

  • Account Executive → You’ll own the first deals from demo to close, shaping the playbook of how the startup wins its first 10 customers.

  • In a nutshell : you’ll be in the 0 → 1 phase of a startup, working hands-on to turn vision into reality.

  • Broadly speaking : your job is to build, learn fast, and set up processes that survive scale.

  • On a day-to-day basis : you’ll wear multiple hats, collaborate directly with founders, and test, ship, and iterate constantly.

Who you’ll be working with

  • Founders (CEO / CTO) of the startup.

  • Other first hires (product, sales, ops).

  • OSS Partners & network (to help you go faster).

What’s next in your career path ?

  • Early employee → Lead → Manager → C-level within the startup.

  • Or: spin off your own venture in the OSS ecosystem.

Your profile to make this a success

Mandatory required skills (adapted by role)

  • Engineer → 2–5y building software, shipping products, ideally SaaS.

  • Ops → 2–4y in consulting / ops / bizops / client delivery.

  • SDR → 0–2y sales experience, strong hunter mindset.

  • AE → 2–5y B2B sales, closing track record.

This will be important in your job, we’ll teach what you miss

  • Startup tooling, OSS methods, industry knowledge.
