What you will do
You’ll be the right hand of the CTO, taking on both strategy and execution. Your mission: ensure our engineering vision turns into a scalable, reliable, and innovative B2B platform ecosystem.
In a nutshell
Translate business goals into a robust tech roadmap
Build and lead engineering teams
Champion technical excellence and execution speed
Leverage AI and data to create value
Broadly speaking
You’ll set standards for our engineering practices, guide architectural decisions, and ensure our ventures move fast without breaking. You’ll also mentor technical leaders across startups and help founders structure their early engineering teams.
On a day-to-day basis
Recruit our Founders (CTO)
Manage full product development lifecycle
Provide hands-on guidance on architecture and code when needed
Support and coach engineers and tech leads
Collaborate with business leaders to align tech with strategy
Drive AI and data adoption across ventures

Your profile to make this a success
1. Mandatory required skills
Proven Builder: 8+ years of software development, including experience as Lead Dev / VP Eng. Startup founder background is a plus.
Leadership: At least 3 years managing engineering teams of 10+ people, with mentoring responsibilities.
AI & Data Acumen: Strong track record applying AI / data science to real-world business cases.
Startup Operator: Experience building structure & process in early-stage environments.
Business Acumen: Ability to align tech with commercial goals and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
Language skills: Fluent in English, comfortable in French.
