You won’t be alone: you’ll co-found with a CTO, and work daily with OSS experts in product, tech, growth, HR, design, and fundraising.

Lead the venture commercially and strategically. Drive customers, revenue, and fundraising, while building a team and a culture that lasts.

Broadly speaking

You’ll own customer discovery, drive revenue, lead fundraising, shape company culture, and position the company for scale.

On a day-to-day basis

Meet customers, pitch, sign contracts, run experiments, recruit, and align the team on the next big milestone.

Who you’ll be working with

  • Your CTO co-founder, leading product & tech.

  • OSS core team: product, tech, growth, HR, design, VC experts.

  • Industrial partners: our network of factories, corporates, and early adopters.

Your profile to make this a success

Mandatory required skills

  1. Leadership: 5+ years in senior roles (CEO, VP Sales, Country Manager, or founder).

  2. Sales & Revenue: 3+ years managing complex B2B SaaS sales, proven track record in hitting ambitious targets.

  3. Fundraising: Experience raising VC or angel rounds end-to-end.

  4. Market Insight & Strategy: 4+ years analyzing markets, shaping GTM strategies.

  5. Team Management: 5+ years recruiting, leading, and growing high-performing teams.

  6. Language: Fluency in English

  • Industrial vertical knowledge, and OSS fundraising tactics.

Q: Am I a founder or a hire at OSS?

A: You’re a founder, not an employee. That’s the big difference.
At OSS, we don’t hire CEOs or CTOs. We build companies with them. You’ll co-own the strategy, mission, and vision of the company with your co-founder. Whether you’re CEO (sales-driven) or CTO (tech-driven), your role goes way beyond “just sales” or “just code.” You’re building a company, not just a function.

Q: How does equity work at OSS?

A: Founders split 75% equity (usually 50/50 between CEO & CTO), and OSS retains 25%.
We believe in true partnership, which means an equal split between co-founders. No “founding engineer” equity packages that dilute away — you’re a co-owner from day one

Q: Do I get a salary while building?

A: No. At OSS, you don’t get paid during the first months in the studio.
Instead, you focus entirely on building traction and raising your first seed round (with our support) to fund yourself and your team. Think of it as maximum alignment: if you succeed, you create a company with strong early revenues and fundraising momentum.

Q: What support do I get from OSS?

A: You’re not alone. You get:
