🎯 Mission

As Senior Account Executive, you will be one of the key drivers of Relief’s growth.
You will own the full sales cycle — from qualified discovery meetings to closing — while leading your own outbound squad of 2 SDRs.

You’re not just selling software.
You’re changing how manufacturers operate, make decisions, and grow.

This role is ideal for a top-performing AE who wants:

  • Ownership on deals with complex decision cycles

  • Daily exposure to CEO/CTO

  • A path toward Lead AE within 12–24 months

  • A central role in building Relief’s commercial machine


🧱 What You’ll Do

1. Lead Your Sales Squad (2 SDRs)

  • Drive your squad’s weekly rhythm: outbound outcomes, show rate, meeting quality

  • Coach SDRs on qualifying CEOs & industrial leaders

  • Ensure pipeline consistency and top-of-funnel velocity

  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging, and targeting

2. Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle

  • Run deep, structured discovery meetings with industrial CEOs, quoting managers, and technical directors

  • Diagnose their quoting pain points and connect them to Relief’s value

  • Lead product demos tailored to each manufacturing reality

  • Coordinate factory visits, ROI analysis, proposals, and negotiation

  • Close deals that directly contribute to Relief’s ARR growth

3. Build Trust with Industrial Leaders

  • Understand the mechanics of custom manufacturing (tôlerie, chaudronnerie, usinage, mécano-soudure, etc.)

  • Speak the language of quoting, margin improvement, throughput, and variability

  • Become a strategic advisor to industrial CEOs

4. Work Closely with the CEO, Lead AE, and Product Team

  • Prioritize accounts and segments

  • Shape commercial playbooks based on field learnings

  • Provide sharp feedback to Product on client needs, objections, and value drivers

  • Contribute to building Relief’s commercial infrastructure & methodology

5. Be Responsible for Revenue

  • Deliver your monthly ARR quota

  • Ensure pipeline coverage and forecast reliability

  • Continuously improve conversion rates across the funnel

🧠 Who You Are

You will thrive in this role if you are:

  • A top-performing AE (3–5 years experience) in B2B SaaS or complex sales with > €30k deal size

  • Strong in consultative discovery, solution selling, and value-based negotiation

  • Fluent in speaking to CEOs, technical leaders, and operators

  • Energized by ownership, autonomy, and moving fast

  • Motivated by building: processes, messaging, methods, and team culture

  • Comfortable selling a product that is evolving fast (AI/automation context)

  • You’ve sold to industrial companies or technical personas

  • You’ve coached SDRs or mentored junior AEs

  • You’ve worked in an early-stage startup squad model

  • You’re excited by AI and by transforming Europe’s industrial backbone
