Your Mission

We’re looking for an Account Executive, central to driving customer acquisition at Relief. Your mission? To own the entire sales journey, turning potential into profitable, long-term relationships. From conducting thorough discovery and closing high-value deals with SME CEOs to fostering account growth, you’ll be a trusted partner in their success, helping us scale a category-defining product.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive the full sales cycle

    • Lead comprehensive discovery conversations with SME CEOs and key decision-makers to deeply understand their challenges.

    • Demonstrate how Relief's solution delivers tangible ROI.

    • Manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking opportunities from qualification to closing.

  2. Articulate and close value

    • Develop and deliver compelling, tailored presentations and proposals that articulate Relief's unique value proposition.

    • Negotiate contracts and close new business opportunities, consistently exceeding revenue targets.

    • Proactively manage and nurture prospect relationships, identifying opportunities for growth.

  3. Collaborate and refine our approach

    • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and customer success teams to provide market feedback and ensure client satisfaction.

    • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of our sales strategies and go-to-market approach.

  4. Shift towards a leader role upon success

    • Mentor junior team members

    • Recruit and structure your own team

🔍 What we are looking for

Must-have

  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a full-cycle B2B SaaS sales role, with a strong track record of success in discovery and closing.

  • Demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with C-level executives and key decision-makers.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles independently.

  • Fluency in both French and English.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with value-based selling methodologies.
